Healthy Plant

We guarantee that your plants ordered directly from will arrive in a healthy condition and ready to plant. If you receive a plant from us that is dead or damaged to the point it will not recover, we will make it right with a replacement. Our primary goal is to be sure you receive a healthy plant! Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt if you did not receive a healthy plant.

Please know that if your plant arrives with droopy leaves or some brown or fallen leaves, this is likely a cosmetic issue and occasionally happens during shipping so don’t worry – plants are resilient and it will rebound quickly! Make sure you plant and water your plant thoroughly right away and it will take off growing.

Dormant Plant Material

Endless Summer® will send out viable dormant plant materials early in the spring or late in the fall seasons. The plants are 100% healthy but may exhibit dormancy. Dormancy can include browning of the leafy materials or the plant may not have any leaves at all. All of this is very normal for a plant either moving into dormancy or if the plant is dormant. Endless Summer® will not accept a warranty or loss claim of a plant as a death loss until the customer plants them and the allowable time (up to 60 days) has been given for the plant to exit dormancy in the plant’s normal cycle.

Wrong Plant

We want to ensure that you receive the plant you ordered, so we work hard to label and ship each variety correctly. If we make an error and send the incorrect plant, we will replace it at no cost to you. We understand plants and plant names can be confusing so please let us know immediately if there is any confusion about what was sent. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible!

Damaged Plant

If your product arrives damaged beyond recovery due to shipping please take multiple photos from different angles of the plant and the shipping box, then contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. A review of your claim will be started. You will need to retain the package(s) for a minimum of 7 days, as the parcel company may want to inspect the damaged product. We will reship replacements for damaged product after the carrier has approved the damage claim. If we are currently out of stock of that item, we may offer a substitute.

Plants From Other Retailers
