What is the status of my order?

When you place an order you will be sent an email confirmation of your order. Orders will typically ship out in 2-5 business days. When your order ships you will be sent an email letting you know your order has shipped along with the tracking number of the shipment.

In order to keep your plants healthy and make sure they arrive in good shape shipments are not sent when temperatures are excessively hot or cold. This can cause a delay in your order shipping. General weather related shipping delays will be posted on our website.

Please contact customer service if you have additional questions about the status of a specific order.

How do I cancel my order?

Please call us at 1-833-583-0447 as soon as possible to see if your order can still be canceled. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be charged the greater of a $10.00 cancellation fee or 10% of the purchase price. Orders CANNOT be cancelled after the order is shipped or if the order is in the packaging process.

Thank you very much for reaching out to Endless Summer® Hydrangeas regarding your purchase. We understand the frustration when you receive a product that doesn’t match your expectations and would love to help you find a solution. We do not directly sell any products on Amazon, so unfortunately your hydrangea(s) did not come from us. That said, we would still like to help!

The hydrangea you received may just be dormant and not dead. Once you’ve passed your final frost, you can place the plant outdoors or plant it in the ground or a decorative container. As temperatures rise, the hydrangea should begin to leaf out and start producing flowers. You can find our tips on maximizing blooms here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkuyY2-UfDI

If your hydrangea is not just dormant, but truly dead, the best course of action would be to contact the distributor that sold and shipped the plant to you, as we do not sell or distribute directly via Amazon. If you need help determining who that company is, please feel free to forward the original purchase confirmation email and we can do our best to help track them down with you.

Can I get a replacement or refund for a Endless Summer® hydrangeaI purchased from a different retailer such as a garden center, home improvement store, or online seller?

No, we are not able to replace nor refund any plants purchased from other retailers. Only plants purchased directly from endlesssummerhydrangeas.com are eligible for refunds or replacements. Please contact the store you purchased from directly.

My plant was dead or damaged when I received it, can I get a replacement?

We want to make sure you receive plants that are healthy, ready to plant, and grow! If you are concerned your plant may not be healthy enough to grow, please see our plant guarantee page for more details and how to contact us.

My plant won’t bloom and other plant care questions.

Everyone can use a little help and advice when it comes to plant care and growing tips. We are happy to help and why we provide a wealth of plant care tips and advice in our plant care blog.
